is to give you information about our company and the HVAC products that we carry to help you maintain the most

I established Spade Heating and Air Conditioning in 1981 when the U.S. economy was struggling in a very similar way
that we are experiencing in 2009. I know that today it is even more important than ever to get the most out of your dollar,
and a good way to do that is to use the most efficient heating and cooling equipment possible. There are still many
homes out there that are using very inefficient heating and cooling products that use way too much energy to maintain
comfortable temperature and humidity levels. The equipment manufacturers today have made huge improvements in the

My philosophy as a business man is that we are here to provide you, the customer, with prompt, professional, service,

individuals that make profits the main thrust of their business and use sales tactics that are very questionable in the area
of honesty, in reaching their goals. So our aim is to operate our business in a way that not only you can sleep comfortably
